2.1 We offer a range of beauty and personal care services, including but not limited to hair care, skin care, makeup, nail and waxing services, and additional grooming services. 2.2 All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

3.1 Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website. 3.2 Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. 3.3 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. 3.4 No-shows or late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your appointment slot and a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash and UPI. 4.2 Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. The price for services will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Gift Vouchers

5.1 Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services at Kaya Rejuvenate Makeup Studio & Beauty Salon. 5.2 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 5.3 Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
