Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kaya’s Rejuvenate Makeup Studio & Beauty Salon by Sonia Diwaker, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our clients are satisfied with their experience. To maintain the highest level of service and accommodate all clients fairly, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations:

1.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

1.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

1.3 No-shows or late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your appointment slot and will be charged 100% of the service cost.

2. Late Arrivals:

2.1 Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full and relaxing experience.

2.2 If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply.

Refund Policy

3. Service Satisfaction:

3.1 If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please inform us immediately during your appointment or within 24 hours after the service.

3.2 We will make every effort to address your concerns and offer a complimentary touch-up or correction within 7 days of the original appointment.

3.3 Refunds will not be provided for services rendered. Instead, we will work with you to rectify any issues to your satisfaction.

4. Product Purchases:

4.1 We do not offer refunds on product purchases. However, if a product is defective or damaged, please return it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.

4.2 To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, products must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Gift Vouchers:

5.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

6. Special Offers and Packages:

6.1 Special offers and packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

6.2 If you need to cancel an appointment booked under a special offer or package, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
